Land operations
Our land operations are centred on Tauwhareparae Farm and Forest. Inland from Tolaga Bay, the 11,251 ha Tauwhareparae Farm property spans diverse terrain and elevation, integrating sheep and beef farming, forestry, and native ecosystems.
The landholding aligns economic return with environmental stewardship, where farming, forestry, carbon, and biodiversity work together to support sustainable outcomes for the region.
Property
Our property investments include commercial properties and the management of community housing. It’s a diverse portfolio balancing commercial performance with enduring community benefit. We generate returns that support regional development while addressing social needs. Recent activity has been focused on capital recycling and long-term investment.
Tourism accommodation
We operate Waikanae Beach TOP 10 Holiday Park, and more recently, Tolaga Bay TOP 10 Holiday Park.
By giving visitors more reasons to travel further, and stay longer, we’re helping build the tourism economy of Tairāwhiti. Our approach balances operation excellence with long-term investment to support sustainable tourism and local employment.
Community
Our beaches are one of the region’s greatest drawcards and we’re playing our part in keeping them beautiful for everyone to enjoy.
The beach clean-up work is part of a joint initiative with Gisborne District Council and local businesses covering routine grooming, beautification, and weather event clean-ups between Waikanae and Midway Beaches.
