Our land operations are centred on Tauwhareparae Farm and forestry. Inland from Tolaga Bay, the 11,251 ha Tauwhareparae Farm property spans diverse terrain and elevation, integrating sheep and beef farming, forestry, and native ecosystems.
The landholding aligns economic return with environmental stewardship, where farming, forestry, carbon, and biodiversity work together to support sustainable outcomes for the region.
Property
Our property investments include commercial properties and the management of community housing. It’s a diverse property portfolio balancing commercial performance with enduring community benefit. We generate returns that support regional development while addressing social needs. Recent activity has been focussed on capital recycling and long-term investment.
Tourism accommodation
We operate Waikanae Beach TOP 10 Holiday Park, and more recently, Tolaga Bay Holiday Park. We're proud to oversee their management and development thereby contributing to regional tourism, economic resilience, and community wellbeing.
